A Sisters' Weekend: Self-Care, Connection and Community!

Friday afternoon, June 5th to Sunday, June 7th at Ananda Viplava Master Unit

Thank you for your interest in our Women’s Retreat. This retreat is created as a space for women to support one another, slow down from daily life, reconnect with themselves, and experience joy, rest, and meaningful connection together.

Please take a moment to read the following important details before registering.

    About the Retreat
This retreat is designed for participants who already have at least some experience with meditation, yoga, spirituality, or personal inner practice. It is not intended as a complete beginner retreat.
The atmosphere will be calm, mindful, community-oriented, and simple.

    Community & Participation
This is a self-service retreat. All participants are kindly asked to contribute through small shared tasks during the retreat (kitchen help, light cleaning, setup, etc.). A sign-up sheet will be provided upon arrival.
This shared participation helps keep the retreat affordable while creating a cooperative and grounded community experience.

    Children & Environment
We love children; however, this retreat is not designed to be child-friendly or family-oriented.

    This is also:

    • a smoke-free property
    • an alcohol- and drug-free space
    • a pet-free house

We ask all participants to respect the peaceful nature of the retreat.

    Food Guidelines
Only lacto-vegetarian food is permitted on the property.
    Please do not bring:

    • meat or fish of any kind
    • eggs
    • garlic
    • onion
    • mushrooms
    • alcohol or recreational drugs

If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us ahead of time.

    Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet time between: 9:30 PM – 7:00 AM
We also ask participants to avoid loud music and maintain a peaceful atmosphere throughout the retreat.

    About the Property
You will be staying in a farmhouse located on a peaceful property surrounded by nature. There is an unfinished building nearby on the land; however, there will be no construction activity during the retreat.
As this is a countryside farmhouse setting, occasional insects such as ants or flies may appear, especially if doors are left open.
Sleeping accommodations are shared within the farmhouse. Yoga classes and meditation sessions will take place in the meditation hall.

    What to Bring
    Please bring:

    • Comfortable clothing
    • Shoes for hiking/walking
    • Hat, sunscreen, and bug spray
    • Personal toiletries/items
    • Your own water bottle

A washer and dryer are available in the building for a small fee.

    What Is Provided
    We will provide:

    • Full retreat program
    • Vegetarian and vegan meals
    • Yoga mats
    • Towels
    • Shampoo

Please come with an open mind, respect for others, and willingness to participate in creating a warm and supportive environment together.
