Meditation, Yoga & Living with Purpose
Yoga Lifestyle

Imagine how you would feel if you started every day with a quiet meditation and yoga session at home, which made it easy to remain focused on what is really important to you – the work you feel you were born for. And then the next day was the same. And the next.

Sounds amazing, right?

Here’s where it starts. Join us for this weekend of Meditation, Yoga and Living a Life with Purpose.  The theme of this retreat will be "Yoga Lifestyle".

Recalibrate with:

  • Amazing yet healthy food.
  • Deep conversations with like-minded people.
  • Fun!
  • A stunningly beautiful environment.
  • Top quality yoga classes. This is not just a bit of stretching - it’s about optimizing your health and vitality for a lifetime.
  • A deep, blissful meditation experience that takes you way beyond stress management.
  • Three workshops to understand the "Yoga Lifestyle"

"What a special place! If you have any trepidation about attending a retreat, I promise you it is unwarranted. Ananda Viplava is an amazing community of spiritual people who radiate love, light and acceptance. The courses Dada Rainjitananda taught were in depth, informative and at times quite entertaining. The yoga asana classes are wonderful. Vivek makes sure you are positioned correctly so you receive the full benefit of each asana taught. You attain more than a basic understanding of how asanas help your body and mind. Our group was fortunate that Ishika, with her beautiful voice, led us in song during kiirtan. I have been doing kiirtan for two years on my own. I can attest that being with a community of like minded individuals doing kiirtan has a profound affect on your heart, soul, body and mind. You will be moved deeply on a spiritual level. One which is difficult to put into words. We were blessed with Rina who helped guide classes. Her overall presence radiated love, acceptance and security. She brought an energy that was infectious. The meals are healthy, nutritious and taste wonderful! You will leave Viplava with a sense of purpose, a deeper spiritual connection, knowledge and understanding of meditation and yoga, inner peace and bliss."

COVID Policy: we will follow the guidelines of New York State; masks are optional and you are encouraged to wear inside for your own safety; if you have any symptoms we will ask you to take a rapid test and/or not participate in the program (you will get a refund); we will take precautions such as encouraging distance between participants and instructors, keeping rooms well ventilated, holding programs in the open (when the weather permits).
