We hope you are well.  The Pandemic situation has been changing quickly and we are making an effort to keep up with the latest developments.  
We set our COVID policy for each event according to the situation & location of that specific event. Therefore, before registering for any of our events, please look up the updated COVID policy tab. 

We still recommend: 

  • Shaoca (pervasive cleanliness) - such as washing your hands thoroughly and regularly throughout the day for at least twenty seconds each time, as well as wearing masks whenever you must go out for essential supplies and errands or into crowded places.
  • keeping appropriate physical distancing according to the space you are in.

Since this has been, and might continue to be, a difficult time emotionally, why not take the opportunity to learn or become as strong as you possibly can with the remarkable disciplines and practices that Shrii Shrii Anandamurti has given us – the 16 Points?  They are a way to remain balanced and feel inspired.  Pay particularly close attention to Kiirtan, Sadhana, Asanas, Kaoshikii & Tandava (brothers only), all of which actively channelize our propensities towards the Supreme.  Eat wholesome and nutritious foods - preferably a sattvika diet for its all-round benefits.  Read spiritual books, and be sure to get sunshine, fresh air and exercise.
