Imagine how you would feel if you started every day with a quiet meditation and yoga session at home, which made it easy to remain focused on what is really important to you – the work you feel you were born for.  And then the next day was the same.  And the next.  Sounds amazing, right?

Here’s where it starts.  Join us for our weekends of Meditation, Yoga and Living a Life with Purpose.  Recalibrate with:

  • Amazing yet healthy food.
  • Deep conversations with like-minded people.

    OUR FOOD

Our food is lacto-vegetarian with vegan options.

We believe that food is an important part of any retreat, and we want to make sure that everyone has something to enjoy. Our chefs create delicious and nutritious meals that are lacto-vegetarian. We also avoid using onion, garlic, and mushrooms, as these ingredients are not conducive to meditation and yoga practices. We offer vegan options.

We do not serve alcohol or allow drugs on our premises. Alcohol and drugs can interfere with the meditation and yoga process, so we do not serve them on our premises.

We hope that you will enjoy our delicious and healthy food during your stay at our retreat.

Here are some preparations you can do for your weekend retreat:

    • Pack your bags. Make sure to pack comfortable clothes, shoes, and toiletries. You may also want to pack a journal, a book, and a meditation cushion.
    • Arrive early. This will give you time to check in, get settled, and relax before the retreat starts.
    • Be open to new experiences. The purpose of a retreat is to step outside of your comfort zone and learn new things. Be open to meeting new people, trying new activities, and exploring new ideas.
    • Take care of yourself. Make sure to get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, and drink plenty of water. It's also important to take breaks throughout the day and practice self-care.
    • Have fun! A retreat is a great opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with yourself and others. Make the most of it by enjoying the activities, meeting new people, and learning new things.

Here are some additional tips for preparing for a weekend retreat:

    • Read our website or contact us to get more information about the schedule, activities, and policies.
    • If you have any dietary restrictions or special needs, be sure to let us know in advance.
    • Bring a positive attitude and an open mind. Retreats can be a great opportunity to learn and grow, so be prepared to step outside of your comfort zone and experience new things.
    • Leave your phone and other distractions behind. The goal of a retreat is to focus on yourself and your well-being, so it's best to avoid distractions.
    • Enjoy the experience! Weekend retreats can be a great way to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with yourself and others. Make the most of it by taking some time for yourself, exploring new ideas, and making new friends.
    • Our retreats are generally intense experiences with many activities. Feel free to skip some of the activities if you need rest.
